What we store

Your email address. The workouts, sets and plans you log, however you phrased them. Any feedback you or your chatbot sends us about how the tool’s working.

That’s it. We don’t ask for your name, your weight, a photo, or anything else we don’t need to do the job.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone else for their own use. It’s used to run your log and to answer the questions you or your chatbot ask about it — nothing more.

Your data is yours

You can export everything — every workout, every set, every plan — at any time, for free. That’s true even if your account has lapsed. Ask your chatbot to request an export, or email us.

Closing your account

Email hello@therepslog.com and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm back, then remove it.
