What this is
The Reps Log is a workout log that you use through a chatbot you already have, such as Claude or ChatGPT. You tell the chatbot what you did, and it records it with us. We store the log and hand it back when the chatbot asks.
The chatbot isn’t ours. What it says to you, how it phrases things, and what it decides to log are governed by its own maker’s terms. We give it accurate tools and clear instructions, and we can’t control the rest.
Your account
You need an email address you can receive mail at, and you need to be at least 13. One person per account. Keep your private link private: anyone who has it can log to your account.
What it costs
It’s free for six months from the day you sign up. Each friend who joins with your invite link and trains on three different days adds a month, up to six more. A personal trainer’s code gives twelve months from sign-up. After that it’s $10 a year, paid on this website. There’s no card required to start and nothing is charged without you doing it yourself.
When a free period ends, you can still read and export everything. You just can’t log new workouts until it’s renewed.
Your data
It’s yours. You can export all of it at any time, for free, including after your account has lapsed. Ask your chatbot for an export, or email us. Our privacy page says what we store and what we don’t do with it.
Not medical advice
The Reps Log records what you tell it and does arithmetic on it. Any plan, suggestion or number that comes out of it, or out of your chatbot, isn’t medical or professional advice. Train within your abilities, and see a professional about injuries or health conditions.
What you can expect from us
We’ll keep the service running and your data safe to the best of our ability, but we don’t promise it will never be down or never have a bug. If we ever have to close the service, we’ll give you at least 60 days’ notice and a way to export everything first.
We can close an account that’s being used to abuse the service or other people. If that ever happens, you can still export your data.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll email you before the change takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
